My E-Learning is made by first knowing the company needs, goals, and current performance level of the employees.  From there I meet with the major stakeholders to present the storyboards.  This gets everyones creative juices going!  I help direct the discussion to make sure the ideas are only oriented to help learners hit the company goals.  Next relatable yet top-notch graphics, video, animation and interactions come together.  Stakeholders can see day to day progress with links provided and give input.  Each module is quickly built and no redo's are required because everyone has been included from the start!
